Do you want to see an amazing interior painting transformation? This Deer Park, WA home was covered in soot from the fireplace and very outdated. The homeowner was listing it for sale after inheriting it and had us come in and paint the walls, ceilings, trim, bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets in neutral colors to make the home more desirable to potential home buyers. The results were amazing and this home sold shortly after being listed.
Before/During
Process
The first thing we did for this interior was mask the floors, counters, bathtubs, showers, and trim. Next we removed all the kitchen cabinets and prepped them for paint. We then started in on wall repair, as well as door, trim and cabinet face repair. Prep work is key to making old walls and millwork look brand new. Painting of trim, doors and cabinet faces was the next step of the process. Simultaneously we painted the walls, ceilings, trim, kitchen and bathroom cabinet bases. Once the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were dry we put them back together. The final step of the process was touching up any missed areas and cleaning up this interior painting project. Our client was thrilled with the final result and was even more excited when her house sold very soon after being on the market!
